Child safety standards

Published standards for the JNV Kaimur mobile app regarding child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), reporting, and contact information.

Effective date:

1. Our commitment

Tech Sparrow (“we”, “us”) publishes the JNV Kaimur app (the “App”). We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including any content, conduct, or use of the App that facilitates, depicts, solicits, or promotes harm to minors.

This page satisfies our obligation to publish externally available safety standards related to CSAE, including how users or authorities can reach us.

2. Prohibited content and behavior

The following are strictly prohibited in connection with the App:

  • Sexual abuse or exploitation of minors, or any sexualized depiction of minors.
  • Grooming, enticement, or predatory behavior directed at minors.
  • Sharing, requesting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or links to such material.
  • Using the App to coordinate harm to minors or to evade detection of such activity.

Violations may result in removal of content, termination of any related access we can reasonably enforce, preservation of records as required by law, and referral to appropriate authorities.

3. Intended audience

The App is a community resource for alumni-style information (batches, houses, galleries). It is not intended as a dating service and is not directed at children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor is using the App in an unsafe way, please contact us using the details below.

4. Reporting CSAE concerns

If you become aware of CSAE-related content, conduct, or vulnerabilities involving the App, report it immediately to us at the email in section 6. Include what you observed, when and where (e.g., screen or app section), and any identifiers that can help us investigate. We take reports seriously and will respond in line with applicable law and platform policies.

In emergencies or where a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency number first.

5. Enforcement and cooperation

We may remove content, disable features, or take other technical and legal steps to address CSAE risk. We will cooperate with law enforcement and child safety organizations as required by applicable law, including reporting CSAM to the appropriate national or regional bodies where we are legally obligated to do so.

6. Contact information (safety)

7. Changes

We may update these standards. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after updates means you acknowledge the revised standards where applicable.
