Terms and Conditions for Just QR

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Just QR application ("the app"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of the App

Just QR is a mobile application that allows you to:

• Create QR codes from text, URLs, or other content
• Scan QR codes using your device camera
• Customize the appearance of QR codes (e.g. colors, logo)
• Save or share QR code images (e.g. PNG, JPG, PDF)
• Open content from scanned QR codes (e.g. links, UPI, YouTube) in the appropriate app or browser

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Create or use QR codes to distribute illegal, harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
• Use the app to violate any law or the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the app or its security
• Use the app in any way that could harm the developer, other users, or third parties

We may update or discontinue the app or these terms at our discretion.

4. No Warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or suitable for your specific use. Use the app at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Sparrow and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

6. Your Content and Third-Party Links

• Content you create: You are responsible for the content you generate with the app (e.g. text, URLs in QR codes). We do not claim ownership of your content.
• Scanned content: When you scan a QR code and open a link or service (e.g. website, UPI, YouTube), you are subject to that service's terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

7. Intellectual Property

The app (including its name, branding, and code, except where otherwise stated) is owned by Tech Sparrow. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its assets without permission, except as allowed by the app's license (if any).

8. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the practices described there.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
